Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the PhysiqueIQ AI Body Rater mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use PhysiqueIQ AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. Description of Service & AI Analysis

PhysiqueIQ AI uses artificial intelligence and computer vision algorithms to provide visual muscular balance scores, body symmetry ratings, and general fitness exercise ideas based on user-provided photographs.

⚠️ Fitness & Health Disclaimer: PhysiqueIQ AI is designed solely for entertainment, fitness motivation, and self-improvement tracking. The App does NOT provide medical, clinical, dietary, or healthcare advice. Results should never substitute for professional medical or training advice.

4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Billing

PhysiqueIQ AI offers free initial scans, rewarded ad previews, and optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Annual) or lifetime access:

  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store Account Settings or Apple App Store Subscriptions menu.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies and must be requested through their respective store channels.

5. User Content & Conduct

When using the App, you agree NOT to upload:

  • Explicit nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, or illegal pornography.
  • Photographs of minors or individuals without their explicit written consent.
  • Content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, visual interfaces, graphics, logos, algorithms, and designs of PhysiqueIQ AI are the exclusive intellectual property of the PhysiqueIQ AI team and protected under applicable copyright and international treaties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhysiqueIQ AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and applicable international consumer protection regulations.
