Account & Data Deletion
Your Right to Delete Your Data
In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and global privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), you have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your PhysiqueIQ AI account and all associated personal data at any time.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)
You can instantly delete all your data directly inside the mobile application:
- Open the PhysiqueIQ AI app on your device.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.
Outcome: Your authenticated account, scan score records, body fat history, notes, and local photo cache will be permanently purged immediately.
Method 2: Online Deletion Request (Web Form / Email)
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can submit a deletion request to our support team:

👉 support@physiqueiq.app with the subject Account and Data Deletion Request.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data is permanently purged from our active systems:
- Authentication Profile: Your email address, Google User ID, and display name.
- Physique Score History: All past visual proportion scores, symmetry scores, and body fat estimate logs.
- User Notes: All custom workout and measurement notes.
- Scan Access Ledger: Rate limit and scan claim records tied to your User ID.
What Data is Retained?
No personal identification data or physique metrics are retained. We only retain anonymized, non-personally identifiable financial transaction logs required by law for taxation and accounting audit purposes (processed via Google Play / Apple App Store).
Processing Timeframe
- In-App Deletion: Instantaneous (0 seconds).
- Email Request: Processed within 24 to 48 business hours (maximum 7 business days).
